I was charged $99 after my free trial ended -I thought I cancelled!

Hi,

I signed up for Skool about 2 weeks ago to try it out. I'm pretty sure I cancelled before the trial ended, but I just got charged $99 on my credit card. I definitely don't want the Pro plan -I was just testing things out.

Can you please refund this charge? I'm really frustrated because I specifically remember clicking something to cancel.

I've checked your account, and it looks like the cancellation may not have fully completed before the trial period ended. Here's what I can see:

- Your 14-day free trial started on [date]
- The Pro plan ($99/month) was charged on [date] when the trial converted

Since you intended to cancel and haven't actively used the platform since the trial, I'm happy to process a full refund for you. You should see the $99 back on your card within 7-10 business days.

To make sure this doesn't happen again, here's how to confirm a cancellation went through:
1. Click the SETTINGS button in your community
2. Go to the Billing tab
3. You should see a "Cancelled" status -if it still says "Active," the cancellation didn't complete
